- If approved, a new product will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Returns

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. - Product Condition for Returns:

- The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and unused.
- Return Window:
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. - Verification Process:
- An unboxing video is required for all return requests.
- The video must clearly show the product, its packaging, and any defects or issues.
