  • If approved, a new product will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Product Condition for Returns:

  • Only new products will be accepted.
  • The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and unused.

Return Window:

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Verification Process:

  • An unboxing video is required for all return requests.
  • The video must clearly show the product, its packaging, and any defects or issues.
  • This ensures a fair assessment and expedites resolution.
